Unidirectional metering systems provide a more compact design than our larger bi-directional systems. Built with any gauging requirement or industry, PWC Industries' experience in unidirectional metering and proving systems equips our engineers with the experience to build any flow measuring system you need. Used in refining, crude oil on-site applications, gas, and all pipeline and petrochemical uses, we can help guide in the design, engineering or repair of all meter provers. The unidirectional systems are particularly functional in multiple product settings.

Bi-directional pipe prover systems establish accurate readings and meter factors for reliability. Flow and displacer operate in two directions using a four-way valve design.

PWC Industries offers the less common volumetric metering and proving systems when required. Although less commonly seen today, our experience in these systems lends itself to both the manufacture of new volumetric meter provers and the repair of existing volumetric systems.

Generally used in less caustic environments, meter calibration rigs are frequently seen in general laboratories, municipal and industrial water systems, and the oil and gas industry. Fitted with sampling units, the meter calibration rigs can perform multiple duties.
